Job summary

Vinted Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Decision Scientist to join our Marketplace Strategy Intelligence team. You’ll uncover insights that shape strategy, growth targets and performance insights across markets.

Qualifications

2+ years as a Decision Scientist, Data Analyst or related strategic role.
Strong business orientation with online marketplaces experience.
Analytical thinking with ability to balance rigor and impact.
Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis; dashboarding tools experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team and stakeholders to shape marketplace strategy and growth.
Define metrics and targets (OKRs) for the marketplace and forecast performance.
Create and maintain dashboards to enable data-driven decisions.
Analyze internal data to uncover insights and translate them into business opportunities.
Identify opportunities to automate recurring workflows and reporting processes.
