Job summary

Tetra Pak is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive Marketing activities within France & Benelux. The role covers Portfolio Deployment, Sustainability and Communications.

Location can be Utrecht, the Netherlands or Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium, with occasional travel within France and Benelux (max 20% of your time). You will work with Sales, Marketing, Communication and Sustainability teams, plus regional and central product groups and agencies to deliver value for customers, identify market growth

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Marketing experience, preferably in product, sales or marketing roles with a sustainability focus.
• MBA or university/college degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• Fully fluent in English and Dutch.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and manage cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing activities for France & Benelux with Portfolio Deployment, Sustainability and Communications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Sustainability, and agency partners to deliver value to customers.
• Identify market growth opportunities and manage Market Promotional Investment according to rules.
• Drive lead generation and conversion, monitor the sales pipeline to support 3-year growth aims.
• Travel primarily within France & Benelux up to 20%, with possible travel to Italy/Sweden.
