Hunter Douglas Netherlands is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our Rotterdam team. You will deliver impactful campaigns, support dealer communications, and strengthen Luxaflex and Sunway brands through data-driven marketing.

The role requires collaboration with Sales, Brand and Product teams and a strong emphasis on digital channels. You will plan national and local activities, manage content across websites and social platforms, and coordinate product launches and dealer events.

Competenze

• 1-3 years in marketing, communications or commercial support.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance and translate insights.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent Dutch and English; native-level Dutch preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects across teams.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Marketing Executive, you will:

• Support the planning and execution of national and local marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with Sales, Pricing, Brand, and Product teams to bring marketing initiatives to life.
• Manage communications with our dealer network, including promotions, product launches, and brand updates.
• Coordinate website and social media content to ensure it remains engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand standards.
• Support the launch of new products within the Dutch market.
• Coordinate new shop roll-outs and ensure retail environments remain current and effective.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations based on marketing insights and data.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with Hunter Douglas brand guidelines.
• Assist with dealer events, trade fairs, showroom activities, and other brand-building initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years' experience in a marketing, communications, or commercial support role.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse marketing performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with digital marketing platforms and analytical tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English language skills, with native-level Dutch strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and working across different teams.
