Hunter Douglas is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth across North Holland and the Northern Netherlands. This field-based role focuses on acquiring new customers, nurturing long-term relationships, and delivering exceptional service as you travel regionally with a company car.

You should be fluent in Dutch and English, with any German knowledge being a plus. Prior sales or customer-facing experience is required, along with a willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Dutch (written and spoken) and English - essential.
• German language knowledge is desirable.
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Availability and willingness to travel frequently to clients across the region. A company car will be provided.
• Natural relationship-builder with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Industry knowledge is preferred.
• A technical background is a strong advantage.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team and drive growth across the North Holland and Northern Netherlands market for outdoor products, covering areas in North and part of South Holland such as Utrecht, Gelderland, Overijssel, Flevoland, Drenthe, Groningen and Friesland and surrounding regions. This is a field-based role, focused on acquiring new customers, nurturing long-term relationships, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process. You will spend a significant part of your time travelling to and visiting clients across your region rather than being based in the office.
