Job summary

VIPS PMS, a Netherlands-based SaaS for hotels, seeks a Marketing & Brand Lead to drive international growth and brand awareness. You will shape marketing and brand strategies across regions, coordinating campaigns, content, and CRM-driven initiatives to support sales and retention.

With 2–4 years in marketing and a Bachelor’s level education, you will work in a fast-growing, informal, and international environment. A hybrid setup with office days and work-from-home flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a marketing role, preferably SaaS/tech/hospitality.
• Bachelor-level thinking and working.
• Independent, entrepreneurial mindset and initiative.
• Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEA and CRM systems; email marketing.
• Strong Dutch and English communication, both written and spoken.
• Structured, multi-project management capability.
• Zoho CRM experience a strong plus; international marketing exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate marketing and brand strategy.
• Set up online and offline campaigns; lead generation to support sales.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize with data insights.
• Collaborate with Sales to align marketing with commercial goals.
• Develop regional marketing strategies for Benelux, Germany, UK, Caribbean, and future markets.
• Manage and optimize marketing activities within Zoho CRM.
• Set up campaigns, segmentation, and automated communications.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance results.
• Develop newsletters, customer updates, case studies, and commercial content.
• Support customer engagement and retention initiatives.

Who Are We?

Due to our growth plans, we are looking for an ambitious Marketing & Brand Lead who can elevate our marketing activities and make a significant contribution to our international commercial growth and brand awareness.

What Will You Do?

As Marketing & Brand Lead, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing our marketing and brand strategy.

• Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Set up lead generation programs to support the sales team.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise based on data insights.
• Collaborate with Sales to align marketing activities with commercial objectives.
• Develop marketing strategies for different regions: Benelux, Germany, United Kingdom, Caribbean, Future growth markets.
• Manage and optimise marketing activities within Zoho CRM.
• Set up campaigns, segmentation, and automated communications.
• Monitor marketing KPIs and report on performance results.
• Manage marketing communications towards prospects and existing customers.
• Develop newsletters, customer updates, case studies, and commercial content.
• Support customer engagement and customer retention initiatives.

What Do We Get From You?

Who are you?

• You have 2 to 4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within SaaS, technology, or the hospitality sector.
• You have a Bachelor’s level of working and thinking.
• You are independent, entrepreneurial, and enjoy taking initiative.
• You have experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.
• You have knowledge of SEO/SEA and experience with CRM systems and email marketing.
• You communicate excellently in both Dutch and English, verbally and in writing.
• You work in a structured way and are able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho CRM is a strong plus.
• Experience with international marketing activities is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Webflow is a strong plus.
