SKIM in Rotterdam is seeking a senior Team Lead for our Tech team to focus on execution, people development, and day-to-day operational excellence as we evolve. The role guides a dynamic team across multiple locations with regular travel and close collaboration with the Cluster Lead.

You will oversee 20+ colleagues across Rotterdam, London, and Berlin, coaching individuals and translating strategy into actionable priorities while driving performance and operational improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of relevant work experience within market research.
• Experience in people management and development.
• Experience leading small project teams.
• Experience within the Tech industry and conjoint methodology is a plus.
• Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and trust-building.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day team performance, wellbeing, workload, and people management.
• First point of contact for internal operational support and escalations.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback for growth and development.
• Identify strengths, create personalized development opportunities, and foster connections across teams and roles.
• Strengthen team operations and support organizational improvement and change.
• Maintaining visibility on team KPIs.
