Job summary

TKH Security is seeking a People Manager for the Software R&D department in Zoetermeer. You will lead a team of 15 application software developers and collaborate with an R&D Manager to drive execution of the roadmap, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery and fostering talent growth.

The role requires strong leadership, SSDLC expertise, and fluency in English and Dutch. You will work at the Dutch Tech campus, with options for partial remote work and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in management or as a Scrum Master, preferably within complex IT environments.
• Practical knowledge of SSDLC and good development practices.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• You have a perfect understanding of the English and Dutch language.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing issues and identifying improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15 software developers and collaborate with another R&D Manager.
• Mentor and support professional development aligned with organizational needs.
• Identify bottlenecks in software development processes and guide improvement efforts.
• Oversee the SSDLC to maintain high standards and ensure timely delivery.
