Job summary

PALFINGER is seeking a Service Coordinator in Schiedam to lead service operations and act as the primary customer contact for service activities. You will collaborate with the Service Manager and other departments to ensure smooth execution of service jobs and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in service coordination and cross-region collaboration in international contexts.
• Strong customer orientation and solution-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, boots-on-the-ground attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate service operations with the Service Manager and other departments.
• Be the main customer contact for service matters, including quotes and expectations.
• Support service engineers with briefings and documentation preparation.
• Assist sales and project teams with service-related contracts and project integration.
• Monitor service performance, track hours, costs, invoicing, and KPIs.
