We ARE Renewables in the Netherlands seeks a Project Manager – Maritime Projects to lead large-scale vessel construction and conversion initiatives on-site. You will drive scope, planning, budget, quality and safety, coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders.

The role requires a technical background, leadership and strong communication in Dutch and English, with IPMA/ PMI Level C or D preferred and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical/industrial projects.
• Leading complex long-term programs with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of planning, budgeting, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale maritime projects from planning through delivery.
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and milestones.
