Job summary

Alewijnse in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate and deliver complex technical maritime projects. You’ll manage your team, maintain clear stakeholder communication, and ensure alignment with schedules, scope and budgets on site.

With an HBO+ level in electrical engineering or automation and familiarity with IPMA/ PMI methodologies, you’ll lead large-scale refits or new builds, supported by training, a lease car or mobility budget, 31 holidays, and modern

• HBO+ level and degree in electrical engineering or automation.
• Experience in a technical project-driven environment.
• Familiarity with IPMA or PMI project management methodologies (level C or D).
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Creating and monitoring project schedules, progress and forecasts.
• Leading your team and fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Managing scope changes and making adjustments where needed.
• Monitoring budgets through financial analysis and reporting.
