Royal Wagenborg invites skilled Maritime Officers to join our European Coaster Fleet. You will oversee navigation, cargo operations and onboard safety, while ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth sailing across diverse routes.

Qualifications

• Valid applicable Certificate of Competence (STCW VII/2 or STCW II/2).
• Valid STCW Training Certificates.
• Valid Seafarer Medical Certificate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a multicultural crew.
• Experience with general cargo trade.
• Experience with mixed Nationality crew.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cargo handling operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging maritime environments.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational requirements.
