Job summary

MacGregor is seeking an Account Manager to plan, develop, direct, execute and monitor sales activities within a specified market segment to achieve targets. You will promote and sell spare parts, service and projects, and drive growth with existing and new clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in shipping or maritime, with fluent English and a technical mindset. Occasional international travel and strong relationship management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in shipping/maritime.
• Proven experience in B2B sales.
• Technical background or mindset preferred.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Dutch language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, direct, execute and monitor sales activities to reach targets.
• Promote and sell spare parts, service and projects.
• Develop budgets and forecasts for assigned market segment.
• Negotiate sales with existing and new clients.
• Travel approximately one week per month.
• Report to the Regional Account Manager.
