Job summary

Kelvion is seeking a Service Account Manager to serve as the technical and commercial contact for maritime customers. You will arrange maintenance contracts, repairs, overhauls, and cleaning services to keep cooling systems reliable and efficient.

Regular Europe-wide visits and close collaboration with Service, Engineering and Sales will shape this role. You will develop existing relationships and identify new opportunities, with travel about one week per month, and a base in Almere or from home

Qualifications

• Experience in the maritime sector or as service engineer.
• Technical understanding of installations, refrigeration systems or heat exchangers.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop customer relationships within the maritime service organization.
• Advise shipowners and shipping companies on maintenance, repairs and service solutions.
• Sell maintenance contracts, spare parts, overhauls and cleaning services.
• Identify commercial opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Contribute to maintenance planning and logistics solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations in cooperation with internal departments.
• Regularly visit customers throughout Europe.
• Work closely with the Service, Engineering and Sales departments to provide customers with the best possible support.
