Job summary

Dometic Group, based in the Netherlands, seeks a Sales Manager for its Marine OEM team to grow the OEM Marine business across the DACH & BNLX region. You will build strong relationships with OEM customers, shipyards and naval architects, promoting HVAC solutions and driving growth.

You will work with engineering to tailor marine HVAC systems, lead negotiations, and ensure project delivery, while travelling within the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in marine HVAC systems, refrigeration, or related technical systems.
• Proven sales engineering or business development experience in OEM marine.
• Fluency in English and at least one local language (German, Dutch, or French).
• Willingness to travel within the DACH & BNLX regions.

Responsibilities

• Pursue new OEM business in the DACH & BNLX region, exceed revenue targets.
• Qualify leads and convert them to sales.
• Develop sales strategies to penetrate new markets and maintain relationships.
• Attend industry events to generate business leads.
• Provide technical advice on HVAC solutions for vessels.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop custom marine HVAC systems.
• Lead contract negotiations and coordinate project timelines.
• Oversee order process and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Maintain long-term OEM relationships.
