Job summary

Dometic is seeking a Sales Manager for its Marine OEM team to drive growth in the DACH & BNLX region. You will build relationships with OEMs, shipyards, and naval architects, promoting HVAC solutions and leading technical discussions.

The role requires a blend of technical know-how and commercial acumen, with frequent travel and collaboration with engineering to tailor systems for vessel projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with marine HVAC experience.
• Proven sales engineering or business development in OEM marine sector.
• Fluency in English and one local language (German, Dutch, or French).

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue OEM opportunities with shipyards and OEMs in DACH & BNLX.
• Develop sales strategies to penetrate new markets and manage customer relations.
• Present HVAC solutions and coordinate technical specs, timelines, and contracts.
• Travel within the DACH & BNLX region to meet clients and attend events.
• Collaborate with engineering to tailor marine HVAC solutions and ensure project delivery.
