Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple training projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for all manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
• Assess training needs through collaboration with department managers and employees.
• Maintain accurate training records and employee certifications.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
• Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for manufacturing.
• Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and job aids.
