Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is collaborating with Holland-based manufacturers to fill Production Supervisor roles. This position focuses on leading daily production, ensuring safety, coaching staff, and coordinating with maintenance and quality control to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in MES and ERP software.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
Monitor and enforce safety regulations and company policies.
Train, coach, and evaluate production line personnel.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process issues.
Collaborate with maintenance and quality control to optimize operations.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
