Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing operations with at least 2 years in leadership or supervision.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop production teams.
