Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing leaders to understand staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
• Source and screen candidates for production, skilled trades, and engineering roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future openings.
• Utilize ATS, job boards, and social platforms to attract talent.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers for a positive candidate experience.
• Stay informed of manufacturing recruitment trends and best practices.
