Job summary

ASML is looking for a Team Lead to head a production team within the EF MF System Build in the Netherlands. You will coach engineers, drive progress, set priorities and ensure safe, on-time delivery of production deliverables.

You should have 4–6 years of People Leadership in manufacturing, and hands-on production management experience with LEAN principles. A technical Bachelor or higher degree is required.

Qualifications

• You hold a technical higher vocational level or Bachelor degree; Master in a technical area also considered.
• You have 4–6 years of People Leader experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• You have experience in production management and LEAN principles.
• You have experience in improvement projects and in complex working environments.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches a team of engineers; controls and drives system progress and planning, sets priorities, delegates tasks, and contributes to a productive climate.
• Realizes the planned output of all production deliverables and conforms to plan.
• Responsible for detailed manpower planning and progress within quality, delivery time and cost objectives.
• Initiates and drives actions to improve production processes and products.
• Participates in projects related to introduction of new products into production.
