Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for our Leiden site. The role supports the Operations team by following SOPs and GMP, executing defined tasks, and documenting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will work on a shift roster and complete required training on schedule, contributing to safe, high-quality production and meeting targets with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Education: MBO-2 diploma with at least 18 months’ meaningful experience, or a non-relevant MBO-2 diploma with at least 3 years’ meaningful experience.
• Language: B1 level in Dutch or English is required.
• Systems: Basic MS Office skills and ability to document activities accurately.

Responsibilities

• Execute defined tasks by following standard operating procedures and GMP to meet production targets.
• Document day-to-day activities and report gaps to leaders to protect quality and schedule.
