Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Leiden site seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead end-to-end production operations, ensuring high-quality products are made safely and per cGMP, EHS, and lean manufacturing standards. You will collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional partners to meet the Master Production Schedule and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (HBO) with ≥5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in the medical device or regulated manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of cGMP, EHS and quality systems.
• Proficiency with ERP and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise manufacturing teams to achieve production targets in line with the Master Production Schedule.
• Assign operators, manage resource needs, and ensure adequate assets and staffing levels.
• Support the introduction, qualification, and validation of new products and equipment, including training of operators.
• Ensure all process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions are accurate, current, and completed on time.
• Monitor manufacturing performance through data analysis (e.g., yield, nonconformances, training, absenteeism) and implement corrective actions.
• Lead or support deviation investigations, CAPAs, and change management activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and act as a subject matter expert for assigned processes.
