Job summary

Merck Animal Health, Boxmeer site, is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Specialist to drive operational excellence. You will lead strategic improvement initiatives, coach teams, and apply data-driven problem solving on the shop floor to deliver measurable business results.

You will collaborate with maintenance and improvement teams, implement MPS-aligned standards, and help grow Lean Six Sigma capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience leading Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and improve Lean Six Sigma programmes aligned with MPS principles.
• Build capabilities, train and coach colleagues, lead by example.
• Maintain a strong shop floor presence to identify opportunities and translate into solutions.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects with data analytics and root-cause analysis.
• Coach sponsors and practitioners in Lean, Six Sigma, change management and inclusion.
