Job summary

MSD Animal Health in Boxmeer is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Specialist (Manufacturing) to drive operational excellence on the shop floor. You will lead strategic improvements, coach teams, and apply Lean, Six Sigma and MPS principles to deliver measurable results.

In this role you will design and implement programs, build capabilities across the organization, and collaborate with Maintenance, Reliability and Improvement teams to enhance performance, quality and ways of working.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Proven experience leading Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement programs in manufacturing.
• Black Belt certification (or Green Belt with significant experience) and willingness to obtain Black Belt.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, project management and stakeholder skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and improve the Lean Six Sigma programme on IPT Live.
• Build capabilities through training and coaching.
• Maintain strong shop floor presence to identify opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects using data analytics.
• Coaching sponsors and practitioners in Lean, Six Sigma and change management.
