Job summary

MSD Animal Health in Boxmeer is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Lead (Manufacturing) to shape and execute the local learning strategy. You will lead a team of four L&D professionals, partner with site leaders and Global L&D, and drive capability building and performance improvements.

The role requires a digital mindset, strong change management and experience in regulated manufacturing environments, with presence on site at least four days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as HRM, organizational psychology or business administration.
• Experience designing strategies aligned with business objectives in a complex organization.
• Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the site learning strategy in alignment with global frameworks.
• Lead a team of 4 L&D professionals and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Align local initiatives with GL&D and localize global curricula.
• Drive automation and digitalization of learning processes.
• Own the regional learning system and ensure GMP/EHS compliance.
• Deliver training and support local SMEs to develop content.
