Job summary

AURELIUS is seeking a Managing Director Netherlands to lead the company in all aspects, delivering strong results and a profitable footprint. You will develop and execute business strategies to strengthen market position, drive growth, and build a cost-efficient organization with professional customer relationship management.

This role reports to the global CEO. Lead the sales organization, realign go-to-market and strengthen customer relationships while ensuring alignment with HQ.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Experience driving growth in the Netherlands with multi-channel sales.
• Deep understanding of sales, marketing and service operations for building materials.
• Familiarity with the European bathroom industry is advantageous.
• Strong financial understanding and leadership.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the country, including P&L ownership.
• Realign/strengthen multi-tier go to market and sales.
• Strengthen customer relationships and improve sales performance.
• Ensure transparency and alignment with HQ and neighbouring markets.
• Optimize professional key-account processes and tools, including the implementation of state-of-the art sales instruments.
• Identify and utilize opportunities for innovation and growth in a highly competitive market.
• Build winning sales team (lead by example).
• Ensure transparency and effective market approach (priorities).
• Drive the development and growth of the local organization.
• Actively strive to foster a positive "spirit" and performance-oriented behavior within the company.
• Foster synergies and collaboration between the national team and HQ.
