Job summary

Hillfresh International seeks a Manager QC to oversee the systems, people and routines that keep quality at the core of operations in the Netherlands. You will lead with structure, precision and accountability to ensure quality is maintained across the entire value chain.

You will manage the quality organisation from dock controllers to external inspection partners and certification bodies, perform audits, and translate findings into clear action.

• Oversee quality systems, processes and people across the operation.
• Lead a cross-functional quality organisation from floor staff to external inspectors.
• Ensure compliance with IFS, CoC and relevant legal standards while driving continuous improvement.

As Manager QC, you oversee the systems, people, and routines that keep Hillfresh reliable. You lead with structure, precision, and accountability to makesure quality is maintained in every part of our operation.

In this role, you lead the entire quality organisation: from Dock Controllers on the floor to external inspection partners and certification bodies. You oversee our IFS and CoC certificates, conduct audits, and translate findings into clear action.

You balance compliance with continuous improvement, ensuring that operational decisions meet both legal standards and the expectations of our customers.

Working closely with Sales, Sourcing, and Operations, you build a culture where quality is embedded in every decision.
