Job summary

Optics11 is seeking a QC Employee – Operations to ensure quality control is consistently applied across incoming goods, production, testing, FAT, and final release. You will collaborate with Warehouse & Logistics, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to verify materials meet specifications before moving to the next step or shipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control and related documentation.
• Ability to read drawings, BOMs, specs, checklists, and test records.
• Accurate and structured with documentation practices.
• Comfortable working hands-on with technical products and assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming inspections and ensure alignment with PO, drawings, BOMs and specs.
• Ensure production quality checks are in place and records are complete.
• Review FAT results, test reports and release documentation before shipment.
• Maintain traceability and quality records across materials, assemblies and final products.
• Support NCR creation and follow-up, and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide final QC sign-off for product or project releases.
