• Collaborate with HR Ops, Payroll, HR Advisory, HR Product, and Centres of Excellence; improve service delivery.
• Establish, monitor and report on SLAs and KPIs; drive continuous improvement.
• Lead HR Operations initiatives and transformations from design to implementation.
• Represent HR Operations in cross-functional projects and change initiatives.
• Monitor processes, systems and org structures; identify opportunities for optimization.
• Leverage data and analytics to support decision-making.

Role

As Manager Global HR Operations, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding employee experience by ensuring the effective management and continuous improvement of global HR Operations. You will lead a global team of HR Operations Team Leads and indirectly manage a population of approximately 65 to 70 employees. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, you will act as a strategic partner within the People department, contributing to the development and optimisation of the global HR Service Delivery model and driving operational excellence across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of HR Operations Team Leads while ensuring high standards of performance, compliance, and employee engagement.
• Coach, mentor, and support leaders and employees to achieve both organisational and individual objectives.
• Act as a member of the HR Delivery Senior Management Team, providing strategic guidance and direction across the global HR function.
• Partner with stakeholders across the People department to ensure alignment with business objectives and the broader People roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with HR Operations, Payroll, HR Advisory, HR Product, and Centres of Excellence teams to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness.
• Establish, monitor, and report on service levels, KPIs, and SLAs, ensuring continuous improvement and business value.
• Drive global HR Operations initiatives, projects, and transformation programmes from design through implementation.
• Represent HR Operations in cross-functional HR projects and organisational change initiatives.
• Monitor operational performance, processes, systems, and organisational structures, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
• Leverage data, analytics, and reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Act as an ambassador for HR Operations, promoting awareness, collaboration, and effective communication across all stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience within a fast-paced and dynamic organisation.
• Strong knowledge of HR Operations, HR service delivery, and people management.
• Experience with HR systems, payroll processes, and operations management is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale organisational change programmes and people transformation initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively across functions and influence strategic decisions.
• Ability to work in a global environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluent English language skills.
