The Opportunity

Areti are partnering with a high-growth, international, digital business looking for an experienced People Operations Manager to help shape an exceptional employee experience, whilst ensuring people operations run smoothly, efficiently and compliantly.

This is a broad, hands-on role that combines employee experience, HR operations, manager support, employee relations and compliance. You'll play a central role in supporting employees throughout their journey whilst helping leaders build high-performing, engaged teams.

As the People Operations Manager, you'll become a key member of a growing international organisation, acting as the trusted partner for employees, managers and leadership teams across the business.

This role combines hands-on people operations with the opportunity to influence employee experience, culture and organisational growth. You'll be the go-to person for people-related matters, helping ensure employees feel supported whilst providing managers with practical guidance and advice.

We're looking for someone who brings strong expertise in Dutch employment law and can act as a genuine subject matter expert within the business. You'll be confident handling employee relations matters, advising stakeholders, supporting managers through complex people situations, and ensuring people processes remain compliant and commercially effective.

The business is entering an exciting period of growth and has ambitious plans to significantly expand its global headcount over the next few years. As a result, we're looking for someone who is comfortable operating within a scaling environment, can adapt to change, and enjoys building robust, sustainable people processes that support future growth.
