Job summary

Interfood Group is seeking a Manager Commercial Support Europe to lead the Commercial Support team, align priorities across functions and professionalize processes in an international setting. You will support the Commercial Director Europe, prepare meetings and drive follow-up, while coordinating cross-functional initiatives with a hands-on, proactive approach.

The role emphasizes process standardization, effective communication, and leveraging Microsoft 365 and AI tools to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in business/commerce preferred.
• Proven experience in commercial, business or executive support.
• Experience leading or coordinating a support team.

Job description

You act as the trusted right hand to the Commercial Director Europe, bringing structure to priorities, meetings and initiatives while ensuring effective follow-up. You connect people, information and processes, identify opportunities for improvement and help the commercial organization operate efficiently and professionally.

You are a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, a hands-on mentality and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.

As our new Manager Commercial Support Europe, you will:

• Lead, coach and develop the Commercial Support team, ensuring clear priorities, responsibilities and effective collaboration.
• Support the Commercial Director Europe in managing priorities, preparing meetings and following up on actions and decisions.
• Coordinate commercial meetings, events and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring structure and timely execution.
• Ensure accurate, consistent and timely commercial support processes, documentation, communication and reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements, using digital tools and AI to increase efficiency and quality.
• Support or lead commercial projects and initiatives, ensuring clear ownership, deadlines and follow-up.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and represent the Commercial Support function professionally.

Your profile

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across different levels and cultures.

Strong affinity with Microsoft 365, digital tools, data and AI, and a drive to continuously improve ways of working.

Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of an additional language, such as Dutch, French, German or Spanish, is an advantage.

Relevant experience in commercial, business or executive support, including coordination of complex priorities and senior stakeholders.
