In this role, the main focus will be on coordinating and supporting key HR processes and ensuring that day-to-day HR operations run smoothly. Alongside this, you will have the opportunity to take your first steps into HR Business Partnering. From the start, you will be responsible for an HR Business Partner portfolio, which you will manage under the guidance of an experienced HR colleague. This allows you to build your advisory skills while continuing to play an important role in HR coordination and support.

What will you do?
As HR Support Coordinator, you will help ensure that our HR processes are well organized, accurate and efficient. You will coordinate employee lifecycle activities, maintain accurate HR data and documentation, support payroll and benefits processes, and act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions.
In addition, you will start building experience as a Junior HR Business Partner. You will support a dedicated business area and work closely with managers on people-related topics such as performance management, employee development, recruitment, employee relations and other HR questions. You will do this under the guidance of an experienced HR colleague, giving you the opportunity to learn, develop and take on advisory responsibility.
You will also contribute to HR projects and help improve and standardize our HR processes. In this role, you will work closely with the wider HR team and other stakeholders, combining a strong service mindset with a practical and business-focused approach.

You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbally and written.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
2–3 years of relevant HR experience and experience with HR administration and employee lifecycle processes
Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple HR processes and a proactive, accurate and solution-oriented approach
You like to work in an international environment, working on various international topics.
You have a strong attention to detail and you are highly organized.
