You will guide organizations through significant transitions, developing change plans, engaging stakeholders, and driving adoption of new strategies and processes.

The role emphasizes training design, resistance management, and measuring impact to embed new ways of working across client projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in change management consulting or as an internal change specialist.
• Proven expertise in applying change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored change management strategies and plans for client initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop targeted engagement and communication approaches.
• Design and deliver training programs to support new processes and systems adoption.
