• At least 2 years of relevant experience in communications, change communications or a related field.
• Experience within the energy or utilities sector.
• Experience with both strategic and operational communication.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior management.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

For a leading international organisation within the energy sector, we are looking for a Senior Change Communication Consultant to support a large-scale digital transformation programme focused on Operations & Maintenance.

The programme focuses on introducing new digital solutions and transforming ways of working across the organisation. In this role, you will translate complex transformation initiatives into clear and engaging communication that helps employees and stakeholders understand, support and adopt change.

The position combines hands-on communication with strategic advisory responsibilities. Initially, the role will have a strong operational focus, gradually developing into a more strategic position.

We are looking for someone who is confident engaging with senior management, quickly understands what matters within a complex organisation and is equally comfortable developing the strategy and executing the communication.

Your responsibilities

• Define and drive the communication strategy for a major digital transformation programme.
• Develop clear and compelling narratives that support organisational change and adoption.
• Create and coordinate communication across internal news, employee platforms, video, Teams and company-wide meetings.
• Translate complex transformation topics into simple, relevant and engaging messages.
• Ensure consistent messaging across the programme and wider organisation.
