We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician for our 5-star Rijnhaven Hotel located in Rotterdam.

What will you be responsible for?

• Preventing, identifying, and repairing faults, defects, and anomalies in the hotel's facilities and equipment.

What are we looking for?

• Higher Vocational Training Diploma or Intermediate Vocational Training qualification in Maintenance-related fields (Electrical Systems, HVAC, Facilities Management, Electromechanics, or similar).

• Knowledge of current regulations and legislation applicable to public-use buildings.

• Previous experience in hotel maintenance or similar environments.

• Knowledge of Legionella prevention and control procedures, particularly in spa facilities, swimming pools, and domestic water systems.
