Responsabilités

For our beautiful hotel in Maastricht, we are looking for a Housekeeping Employee ! Are you someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and takes pride in keeping an environment clean and well-presented? Then we are looking for you to join our team!

What will you be doing?

You are the hero behind the scenes, making sure our guests enjoy an unforgettable stay. From doors to chairs, cupboards to lamps, you make sure that no corner is left untouched.

Together with your friendly colleagues, you will vacuum, mop floors, and ensure that bathrooms and toilets are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. You will also change the bed linen and make the beds neatly, allowing our guests to enjoy a fresh and comfortable night's sleep.

In addition, you will ensure that all rooms are fully stocked with the necessary amenities, such as towels, soap, shampoo, glasses and toilet paper. You will also keep the hotel's public areas clean and tidy.

Your role is essential in creating a hygienic and pleasant environment for both our guests and colleagues, and we truly appreciate your contribution!

Where will you be working?

You will be joining a small and friendly team in the heart of the vibrant, gastronomic city of Maastricht. Our 4-star hotel has 45 rooms and is housed in a beautiful historic listed building. The interior is inspired by the original Art Deco style, which emerged in the 1920s, also known as the “Roaring Twenties”. A fun fact: our hotel is home to one of the oldest lifts in the Netherlands!

Our hotel is part of Amrâth Hôtels, a group of 12 three-, four- and five-star hotels across the Netherlands. Our hotels are located in unique and central locations, from Maastricht to Alkmaar. We are known for our comfort, personalised service and distinctive character.

• Competitive salary: In accordance with the Dutch Hospitality Industry Collective Labour Agreement (CAO Horeca), based on the reference position of Housekeeping Assistant II. Starting gross hourly wage: €15.36.
