Pestana Amsterdam Riverside is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure the smooth operation of technical facilities within the hotel. You will collaborate with the Head of Technical Services and conduct renovations while maintaining guest privacy and safety.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Dutch communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the proper operation of technical facilities in collaboration with the Head of Technical Services.
• Performing minor renovation work.
• Conducting repair work in hotel rooms while ensuring guest privacy at all times.
• Preventing or resolving malfunctions of technical facilities.
• Following the preventive maintenance plan.
• Adhering to water hygiene (pool) procedures.
• Complying with all procedures related to legionella.
• Applying hotel safety regulations (in case of fire, etc.).
• Actively contributing to the safety of guests and their property.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Ensuring the proper operation of technical facilities in collaboration with the Head of Technical Services.

• Performing minor renovation work.

• Conducting repair work in hotel rooms while ensuring guest privacy at all times.
