Intro EU Staffing is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for a modern bakery in Tiel to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, and support continuous improvement in the bakery. The role operates on a two-shift schedule (05:00–14:00 and 14:00–23:00) with early finish on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in maintenance or technical service in a production environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Experience diagnosing industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system and participate in breakdown services.
• Good communication and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
• Respond to maintenance call-outs and support breakdown service.
• Inspect machines and identify potential issues before they occur.
• Replace and repair machine components as needed.
• Record maintenance activities and findings.
• Collaborate with production colleagues to improve machine performance and reliability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the bakery.
