WerkTalent is seeking a practical Maintenance Technician to service packaging systems for high-tech components. You will inspect, repair and maintain large wooden and metal packaging parts, following instructions while solving problems independently.
The role requires English at least B2, a technical mindset, and prior maintenance/repair experience. It is a two-shift, Monday–Friday position with opportunities for training and certification.
If you enjoy working with your hands, using tools and fixing things rather than sitting behind a desk, this is a role where your practical skills really come into play.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will work on the packaging systems used to safely transport and protect fragile high-tech components. These are not ordinary boxes: you will work with large wooden and metal components, inspecting, repairing and maintaining them so they are ready for their next use.
You will follow clear work instructions and checklists, but you will also need to look at a problem, understand what needs to be done and find a practical solution. You will work closely with your colleagues to make sure everything is repaired correctly, safely and to the required quality standard.
Every day brings a practical challenge: inspect it, understand it, repair it and make sure it is ready to go again.
You will work Monday to Friday in a 2-shift schedule, alternating weekly:
The shifts alternate every week, giving you a predictable schedule while keeping the work varied.
This role is a good fit for someone who is technically minded, practical and comfortable working with tools and materials. You don't need to know everything from day one, but you should be able to work accurately, understand technical instructions and take responsibility for the quality of your work.
We are looking for practical ability, not just certificates. If you have a technical background and are used to working with your hands, tools and materials, your experience can be a strong starting point for this role.
A good technical job should give you more than salary:
You are not simply coming in to fill a position. You are joining a technical environment where your practical skills can grow, where you can gain additional certifications and where there is room to build a long-term future.
