Maintenance Manager
In this role you will ensure our hotel stays in great shape every day. You will lead a hands‑on technical team, manage the technical department, and keep facilities running smoothly for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring efficient operation of the Technical Department.
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to keep all equipment and systems functioning properly.
- Monitor and control the department budget, ensuring cost‑effective utilisation of resources.
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth operation of hotel facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Stay updated with the latest technological developments and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration with team members and other departments.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
