Responsibilities

Oversee all daily hotel operations and ensure smooth collaboration between departments
Support and coach department heads and teams to reach operational excellence
Ensure the highest quality and service standards across all areas of the hotel
Monitor budgets, costs, and performance indicators, ensuring profitability and efficiency
Lead operational meetings and drive follow-up on action points
Implement and maintain Marriott and Corendon brand standards
Collaborate closely with the General Manager on strategic projects and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel operations or management roles within hospitality
Organized, structured, and solution-oriented
Clear communication and ability to inspire others through leadership and enthusiasm
Flexible, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic international environment
Lead by example and passionate about teamwork and guest satisfaction
Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
