Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Bakery Production Worker to join a large-scale operation in Sevenum. You will start by preparing dough and fillings, then gradually learn the full process from mixing to operating machinery, contributing to the production of traditional Dutch pies.

You will work in a three-shift system for 38 hours per week, with a team of 6–7 colleagues, and you will have the opportunity to grow into a multi-skilled operator through a structured onboarding and training program.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastry production or bakery environment.
• Experience as a chef, butcher or food production worker is an advantage.
• Team player with good communication and organization.
• Physically fit; able to stand, walk and lift up to 20 kg.
• Good command of English to communicate with international colleagues.
• Available for full-time work 38 hours/week.
• Willing to work in a three-shift system (morning/afternoon/night).
• Long-term position and growth with the company.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Greek ID or EU passport (valid within last 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough and fillings according to recipes.
• Operate production machinery to shape, fill and decorate pies.
• Maintain high quality standards for every pie.
• Collaborate with a team of 6–7 colleagues for smooth production.
• Keep workplace clean and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Participate in internal training to become a multi-skilled operator.
