DSV Parcel in Maastricht-Airport seeks a Customer Service Representative to connect international customers with operations. You monitor shipments from booking to destination and keep customers informed of status and deadlines.

You will answer inquiries by phone and email, coordinate with integrators, couriers and carriers, and ensure commitments are honoured with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Translate customer requirements into the right approach for handling shipments.
