Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Talent & Culture function to deliver exceptional service standards and a people-first culture.
• Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent.
• Partner with hotel leadership to strengthen performance management, leadership development and succession planning.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll audits, and workforce analytics to guide informed decisions.
