Dentsu Creative Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Social & Content Project Manager to lead a luxury international account. You will bring structure, momentum and disciplined delivery to a busy creative environment, translating strategy into actionable plans and keeping teams aligned across markets and formats.

From onboarding to day-to-day delivery, you will own workflows, schedules and budgets, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure every asset meets brand standards.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience in an agency or creative environment.
• Experience onboarding international accounts and turning agreements into workflows.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, scope, and production planning.
• Strong independent leadership and client communication.
• Organised, precise and dependable with clear priorities.
• Assertive and diplomatic; address missed commitments with practical solutions.
• Understanding of social platforms, content formats and brand consistency.
• Fluent in English; available for 40 hours per week (32–36 negotiable).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the client’s operational onboarding with workflows, tools, responsibilities and approvals.
• Embed and maintain the agreed way of working, meetings, reporting and decisions.
• Own social and content delivery from briefing to publication and evaluation.
• Coordinate clients, international stakeholders, internal teams and production partners across markets, languages and formats.
• Manage content calendars, feedback, approvals and publication.
• Drive decisions, hold stakeholders to account and address risks, scope changes and bottlenecks early.
• Continuously improve delivery and workflows using performance insights and team feedback.
