Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences in a luxury retail setting. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations, including merchandising and inventory management.

The role blends luxury service with omni‑channel selling, requiring strong English, a dynamic retail mindset, and collaboration with the team to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales experience in luxury retail or equivalent; familiarity with fashion trends.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer use (iPad/laptop) and store devices.
• Strong English proficiency; able to work flexible hours (nights/weekends).
• Social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs.
• Assist with daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory, and merchandising.
