Job summary

Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam offers a Guest Experience Intern role, blending Front Office and Guest Relations to give you a comprehensive view of the guest journey in a luxury setting.

You will split time between Front Office and Guest Relations, welcoming guests, assisting arrivals and departures, personalising stays, and supporting VIP arrivals, while developing communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a hospitality-related study.
• Available for a minimum of five months, starting as soon as possible.
• You speak English fluently.
• You are flexible, motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Divide time between Front Office and Guest Relations, experiencing daily operations.
• Welcome guests, assist with arrivals/departures and respond to guest requests.
• Personalise guest stays, support VIP arrivals and anticipate guest needs.
• Develop communication, organisational and problem solving skills.
