Qualifications

• Several years of housekeep experience in luxury hotel environments.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
• Commitment to training, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Housekeeping team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain exceptional standards for guest rooms, suites, and public areas to brand standards.
• Create memorable guest experiences by anticipating needs and personalising service for VIPs and returning guests.
• Drive quality and consistency by conducting inspections and implementing improvement procedures.
• Manage resources and inventory, overseeing linen, amenities, cleaning products, and equipment.
• Contribute to departmental budgeting, monitor costs and productivity, improve efficiency.
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene and environmental regulations are followed across the team.
• Collaborate with Front Office and other departments for seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee deep-cleaning programmes and maintenance projects, supporting the team on the floor when needed.
• Identify training needs and create an environment where colleagues feel valued and motivated to perform.
