Job summary

Prada Group seeks a Client Advisor to deliver an extraordinary luxury customer experience. You will place the client at the center, uncover needs, and build lasting relationships as a Brand Ambassador across Prada’s world of fashion.

You will develop a personal client portfolio, meet individual and team targets, and contribute to a premium in-store journey across all touchpoints. Fluency in English is required, with other languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or premium retail environments.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for luxury retail and client experience.
• Curiosity about fashion, art and design.
• Ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.
• Commercial mindset and results orientation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English; other languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Place the Client at the center of every interaction, delivering an exceptional luxury experience.
• Achieve individual sales and KPI targets while contributing to store success.
• Build and develop a personal client portfolio through proactive clienteling.
• Capture and maintain accurate CRM information to support client development initiatives.
• Develop and retain clients through appointments, follow-up activities and personalized outreach.
• Identify opportunities to acquire new clients and VICs.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge, brand history, culture and DNA.
• Promote cross-category selling to maximise satisfaction and performance.
• Utilise digital and omnichannel tools for a seamless luxury experience.
• Support daily operational activities and collaborate with Front and Back of House teams.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and guidelines.
• Foster open communication and a positive team environment.
