Job summary

Prada Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver an extraordinary luxury experience and embody the brand. You will guide clients into the Prada world, uncover their needs, and build lasting relationships, acting as a Brand Ambassador.

You will develop your client portfolio, achieve individual and team sales targets, and use CRM tools to support client development across omnichannel touchpoints while upholding Prada's heritage and values.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a luxury or premium retail environment.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for luxury retail and client experience.
• Curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion, art and design
• Ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.
• Commercial mindset and results orientation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English; other languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Place the Client at the center of every interaction, delivering an exceptional luxury experience.
• Achieve individual sales and KPI targets while contributing to the store's success.
• Build and develop a personal client portfolio through proactive clienteling.
• Capture and maintain accurate CRM information to support client development initiatives.
• Develop and retain clients through appointments, follow-up activities and personalized outreach.
• Identify opportunities to acquire new clients and VICs.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge, brand history, culture and DNA.
• Promote cross-category selling opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and business performance.
• Utilize digital and omnichannel tools to provide a seamless luxury experience.
• Support daily operational activities and work collaboratively with Front and Back of House teams.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational guidelines.
• Foster open communication and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
